Our Story

Addictive was founded in 2015 to provide a truly European-inspired dining experience. Addictive Wine and Tapas Bar, along with Addictive NYC, offers a blend of tapas bar and restaurant experiences. Co-founded by Francisco B. Diaz and Patrick H. Duong, the establishment aims to deliver a unique culinary journey in midtown Manhattan and East Elmhurst, Queens. Their menu reflects a diverse selection of tapas, inspired by European culture and culinary styles. The interior design showcases a blend of European and Spanish influences, emphasizing warm hospitality and delectable food, with a focus on making customers feel at home and at ease.

At Additive, we take great pride in the quality of our food. All our meats and seafood are freshly prepared daily. Our imported specialties from Spain include guindilla, quescrem, chorizo, and octopus.

As a Certified Sommelier, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to taste thousands of wonderful wines from various regions of Spain and Europe and develop an extensive and diverse wine list. Myself and my teams will be more than happy to assist you in making the right selection to pair with your meal.
